I've enjoyed training with a Personal Trainer. For a long time I wondered what I was doing wrong training on my own. But having Andrew train with me once a week has answered all my questions. I need motivation, variety in exercise and an understanding of how my body works.
When I started this training program my aim was to drop a dress size rather than an ideal weight loss, increase my energy level, tone up all over and build stamina. I've achieved all I wanted to without feeling pressured into dieting and over exercising.
I enjoy exercising because I have variety in what I do. I'm not doing the same things everytime I train and I understand what I'm doing.
Andrew has been a great trainer, he always explains things to me, why I'm doing this, the benefits and he has more confidence in me than I do about myself sometimes.
