I have been training with Andrew for about 8 months now, and under his guidance my fitness has progressed in leaps and bounds. Andrew has increased my technical knowledge in exercises and workouts and increased my motivationten fold. By changing my workouts on a regular basis as I progressed
Andrew has enabled me to increase my strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness.

Thanks to Andrew I am fitter, healthier and more fitness focused than I have ever been.
