The fact that my chiropracter has recentlyreduced the frequency of my 'back maintenance visits from 6 to 8 weeks and that I've beaten my original goal of climbing 50 Munros (Scottish hills over 3,000ft) by my 50th birthday by 18 months, proves that my training with Andrew is helping me to achieve results and to enjoy life to the full.


I particularly like the way Andrew uses his sound knowledge of Sports Science to plan challenging yet safe training sessions and to work on areas like postural imbalances.


This gives me the confidence to enjoy using the CV and weights equipment in the gym.
