Group Training

awpt has launched group training, a cost effective way of getting in great shape.


Dynamically train your whole body  and achieve great results in a fun and vibrant atmosphere.


Group Training is a 12 session, 6 week course (2 sessions per week) including

in-depth before and after measurements to assess progress. Classes last an hour including warm up and cool down.


All this for just £60!

Classes run:


Monday and Wednesday @ 10am


Tuesday  and Thursday @ 7pm
