Having suffered from lower back problems I decided that a needed a more targeted exercise routine that would increase back strength. In order to get such a routine, I consulted a Personal Trainer.

 

The benefits that I have noticed since the uptake of regular Personal Training sessions are:

- Improved upper body strength

- Improved posture

- Improved cardio performance

- More varied but more balanced exercise program
